Our Home Watch Checklist

• Check doors, locks and screen enclosures for damage

• Inspect dwelling for insect and rodent activity

• Check humidity and AC settings

• Run faucets, sink disposals and flush toilets. Light scrub toilets as needed.

• Visual inspection throughout property and lanai.

• Check electric panel for tripped breakers

• Check Water heater for leaks

• Walk exterior of single family homes to check lanscaping and pool condition if needed.

• Start and run vehicles if needed.

• Check and bring in mail.

• Home watch inspection report completed and emailed to homeowner on request.

• Take and send pictures if needed.

We offer weekly and bi-weekly visits.

Homes up to 3000 SF

Weekly visits

$35 visit / $140 monthly

Bi-weekly

$40 visit / $80 monthly

Homes over 3000 SF

Weekly visits

$55 visit / $220 monthly

Bi-weekly

$60 visit / $120 monthly

Additional Services

• Hurricane prep ( bring in outdoor furniture, plants etc) and after storm inspection. $50 per visit

• Appointment and service visits. $25/ Hour

• Mail and package pickup and forward.

• Open and prepare homes for guests and homeowners. Price to be determined.

• Stocking homes with groceries and other needed items before arrival of guests and homeowners.

• Any other requests. Just ask. We will do our best to accommodate.
